I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. The service here is always great and as long as you fill out your papers online before you arrive, my wait time has never been no more than 15 min.

This was my first time at vybe, I didn't know what to expect, but I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk person to the nurse to the doc treated me with the utmost respect and care. I described my issue and treatment was provided. Thank you vybe.
