Having the ability to schedule my appointment prior to arrival helped with wait times. I was taken care of very quickly. The provider who treated me (doctor/physician.) was VERY nice, understanding and helpful. The only thing that was discouraging was the nurse (I’m assuming that was her roll?) that came in prior to the doctor was very rough, and seemed very miserable while taking my vitals and such. She was asking me many questions. When I redirected her because of my comfortability, she became rude. Upon her leaving the room she slammed the door. Startling me. The reasoning I was there I would think she would have thought to be more mindful. Other than that, wonderful place.

Excellent staff, quick service, very professional. I was surprised I had a $50.00 co-pay, but paid it no problem. My co-worker with the same insurance paid NOTHING a few days later! That is the second time, I got charged and a co-worker did not at the same place, all of us having the same insurance. Crazy, go figure?!

I was a walk in recently for neck pain. Was checked in, taken to exam room and seen by Dr./Nurse Prac and discharged all within 30 mins. No hassles and VG service.

Dr. Tom was the best she sent me back to ER Cooper to have CT Scan and called them up to expedite my case. I have never had a doctor do that before so she is the BEST! The staff was amazing and RN, Selina, was super nice. Very friendly atmosphere.
