The long wait was.. .. well. We were seen and helped. I know why it was a little excessive. New system. Etc. etc. Everyone who works has had that kind of issue at some point. I remember y'all being there for me through the years when I needed y'all. So.. it's not so bad. We'll be back. No question about it. Thanks to the staff for being very nice.

Was told to call in when I had name for test strip meter so the could fill prescription Which I did. Was told that someone would call later when prescription was filled. No one did. I called them to see if prescription for test strips were filled and to get clarification on medication refills. I was respectful and didn't yell or scream at them BUT they hung up on me and blocked my call. All of this could have been fixed if they had just called me with information as they told me they would instead of me calling them and trying to understand office jargon.

Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely friendly and did not rush through my appointment. The doctor was thorough with my physical exam and the nurse was extra gentle in doing everything. I would recommend this location.

I woke up this morning with upper respiratory problems and I decided to go to the Urgent Care and I received great service and I was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this provider. Thanks go out  to Joanne, Stephanie, and staff for their service.

Danni and Kellie were both amazing and made me feel at ease with my long list of concerns. The lady that did my lab work (sorry I didn't catch her name) found a vein and was done taking blood before I even had a chance to pass out. Thanks for a great visit!

Had to get a few stitches in my hand a few weeks ago and left today after getting them out. Everyone was great from start to finish. I'll be back next time I do something idiotic.

Horrible experience, left waiting for an hour to be told my information did not transfer from log in kiosk

Our daughter had what we thought was a sprained wrist from a fall at soccer practice. When it did not begin to resolve we took her to Physican’s Care. It was pretty inconvenient that the Hixson location didn’t tell us until after we arrived that there was no X-ray tech, and so we were sent to the Hamilton Place clinic. However, once we were at the HP clinic, they were great. Turns out the wrist was fractured after all!

Went for blood work and waited 1.5 hrs on day one. She really didn’t know how to get my blood. Went back 2nd day waited 20 minutes and a different person was able to get my blood properly.
