Availability was great. Check in was easy and fast, Provider was great, video call was quick and to the point and treatment was appropriate. I did notice eye contact was limited during the call as provider looked more at screen than me- but care was still good. The follow up options are limited though. I have a follow up question and i cant find any place where that is an option to ask a question without booking another appointment. Overall i will continue to use this service.

Unfortunately, after waiting an hour I gave up on my virtual health appt as no one ever joined the call. It seems they book appointments they don’t actually staff so I’d recommend going elsewhere so you don’t waste your time.
