This vaccine clinic couldn’t have been easier! Virtually no wait time. Very organized. Employees and volunteers were very helpful and kind. Quick and easy.

One slight negative was the lack of directions to the actual building on the high school campus. Another was there was no clear explanation of the wait time after the shot - we figured it out from the sticker. Another was the follow-up appointment was not clearly articulated - we had to ask.

Very quick! We arrived early for our appointment slot and was able to go right in and get the shot.

Great partnership getting the vaccine to kids through Mt Si High School with SVSD.

Great but not a lot of instructions on where to go. The campus was huge and we parked in the wrong parking lot and had to walk a long way in the dark and rain.

Loved everything about the vaccine site except I wish there was more privacy when each child got the vaccine. Like a private curtain or booth for each child as they got their vaccine. The crying kids definitely made my own kids a bit more scared than they already were. They also saw all the needles while we waited in line, so I wish they didn't see that. Other than that, I loved the close location, the staff was so friendly, and the entire process was so fast. I just wish that there was a curtain for the kids getting their shots so the kids walking in and waiting in line didn't see the kids crying or the visible needles. I knew crying was to be expected with this age group but maybe some fun music will help those that are nervous.

The RN did not perform hand hygiene in between shots. The area did not promote social distancing.
