WALK INS WELCOME, NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY (really!) Bring your insurance card (current & active), medicare part B card (if over 65), and wear a short sleeve shirt. We do shots all day during regular business hours and are less busy during the middle part of the day. Call with any questions 801-226-7994
