Yesterday, I went to TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel, and was extremely impressed by the entire staff’s excellent customer service, professionalism, thoroughness with which they reviewed my medications, and medical history, and timeliness with which they saw me. I had never been there, and so this was a new experience for me. The NP who I saw, Ms. Braunlin McDonald, was outstanding. Her communication and listening skills, competence, kindness, medical reports, and more, were first-rate. The facility was well-run, and immaculate. I have been in the medical field for 37 years, and tend to cynically scrutinize the facility and personnel with whom I am trusting my medical care. Let me tell you—-TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel did not disappoint! If I needed urgent care, I would go back there in an instant, and would encourage those who need urgent medical assistance to do the same.

Expert Professional Care with the friendliest most sincere and caring staff as well. Highly recommend. Called another nearby Urgent Care clinic, they were so rude to me. Everyone I have called here and talked to and dealt with is genuinely so kind and caring.
