As other’s have mentioned above, Billing is fraudulent & five months later I am still fighting it. After lots of phone calls with my insurance, we figured out that they billed me for emergency care services for my sinus infection. I had no tests run, just vitals checked and a prescription written for amoxicillin. In and out in 10 minutes once i got to the exam room. Months later, I received a bill for over $900 and my portion of insurance was over $300. When my insurance called the clinic to try to work through it ( I was on 3-way) - they said it was not their department, raised their voice and hung up without any real explanation or resolution. I have been getting threatening bills and emails several times a week from US Acute Care - not Breckenridge Urgent Care. After several confusing phone calls, they explained they represent the doctors? So, I was being billed by both Breckenridge Urgent Care and US Acute Care. The thing is, I asked them when I went in for services if they could give me a breakdown of my visit, so I knew what to expect and they said they could not. It is unethical what they are doing, and they should be investigated. My advice is - DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

Doctor and staff are wonderful however the billing is outrageous. They saw my son for a sinus infection and charged an emergency room fee. They billed us $863 to treat a sinus infection. This should not be allowed!!

I was told to go to the clinic by ski patrol after falling on my wrist, which was sprained. Their website stated that sprains and strains are billed as urgent care only. I was told by staff that I wouldn't receive any surprise bills. The staff was with me for a couple minutes then I got some x rays. Nobody bothered to help me put my clothes back on or gather my stuff to leave. Then I received a bill in the mail for an emergency room visit rather than urgent care and told that I owe about $750 of something like 2k billed amount.

The facility was clean, staff was very nice but this is an emergency room visit and not an Urgent Care. I went in for a Sinus infection to get an antibiotic and ended up with a 427.00 bill. In one hand it is good they are there for severely injured people since It Is an emergency room but it is bad because it is advertised as an Urgent Care. There is no disclaimers, nobody says "hey just an FYI" you will be billed for an emergency room visit. Kind of a bait and switch if you ask me.

It's a SCAM. They lie to you about Urgent Care. Then they bill you for an emergency room visit on a sprained ankle. Never go here.

Scam as many other people have reported. Bogus double billing scheme will bill urgent care visits as a hospital visit to the ER. Crooks!

The facility is fine. It is a Trap. They will bill for things that never happened. I am currently trying to dispute a bill. But it is not going well. they insist on charging for services that I did not receive. My medical records are inaccurate to reflect the fraudulent bill. It is a scam. Do not go here.
