Employees very nice, wait time wasn’t very long, very efficient.

I called Sunday to book a rapid COVID-19 test for Tuesday. The very nice woman on the phone took all my info and told me they’d call me back to set an appointment. About an hour later, I got a call back (not sure if it was the same woman or not, but she was also very nice) and she told me I was scheduled for Tuesday at 9:40 a. m. When I pulled up at 9:30 on Tuesday and called to check in, the man who answered said I wasn’t in the system. He put me on hold for about 13 minutes. I hung up and called again (and again and again). A different woman answered and told me the same thing - my appointment was not in the system. I was extremely disappointed, as rapid tests are very hard to get these days. She took down all my info AGAIN, and told me that someone would call me to set up another appointment, but she couldn’t guarantee that I would get one today or at that more convenient location . About an hour later, someone from their Lakeview location called me, but by then I had (THANKFULLY) arranged an appointment with a completely different service. I usually have no complaints from this place whenever I’ve gone in for flu shots or what have you. I understand that we are in crazy times with this pandemic, and that mistakes can be made, but my experience today was very disappointing. I advise anyone making appointments with this location to call immediately after setting the appointment to confirm it so you don’t waste your precious time.

Went there on Sunday evening at 5:55. Was told they were just about to close even though the sign was lit up OPEN. Asked if someone could take my husbands Blood Pressure and was told "We don't do that". I have never heard of an urgent care not taking blood pressure. He was actually having a stroke and this woman was not concerned. Said he probably needed blood work done too but they did not do that either. This is not acceptable. It looked like she just wanted to leave. I will never go back there or recommend it to anyone else.
