It is with a heavy heart we inform you that, effective May 13, 2024, Pediatrix® will close its Urgent Care locations in Colorado. Our greatest professional satisfaction has always come from providing great care to every patient. Please know that you are free to choose your own provider for your future health care needs and we will provide you or your primary care provider with copies of your records free of charge once you sign a release. Your medical records will be stored and available upon request after the practice closure. Please visit pediatrix.com/records to request copies of your records after May 13.
