I was traveling through Casper on my way to Seattle WA. I made an early Friday morning appointment. The staff was very pleasant and had me in and out in a very timely matter, and resolved my issue. I was very blessed, I had three days more of travel and now with out pain!!

Lily is an amazing provider and really showed compassion for my daughter. She made sure multiple times that I was comfortable with what she offered for testing and that I didn't have any questions before we left. We always come back here and pray we get her as a provider!!

It was the weekend and my son had been running a high fever during the night along with a cough and chills. Easily scheduled an online appointment for a Sunday appointment and was taken back to a room within 5 minutes of checking in. Lettie, the FNP-C, was very kind and I appreciated her bed side manner. She treated my son for influenza, provided us with a note for school AND called in tamiflu for the rest of our family as well. I was very pleased with the care and concern we received by this provider and would definitely recommend her and ask for her in the future.

I went in for what I thought was pink eye. As it turns out, I have an internal stye that is under my upper eyelid. The doctor prescribed steroid eye drops and baby shampoo to wash my eye. I needed some clarification on the purpose of the baby shampoo. I was assuming I would use the baby shampoo to wash the outside of my eye such as the lashes and skin surrounding the eye. According to doctor who saw me, she wanted me to put a small amount of the baby shampoo directly into my eye. I was very confused and shocked at this information as shampoo in the eye, whether it be tearless shampoo or not, seems a bit risky. She said, “if you came in with a cut on your leg, we would want you to wash it with soap and water.” She wanted me to do this twice a day. Long story short, I purchased the tearless baby shampoo and the next day I did as she asked and put a small amount of the baby shampoo directly in my eye to wash it. This was a HORRIBLE experience. It felt like I had sandpaper in my eye for the next 2.5 hours. My eye was red and incredibly irritated. I was not happy with this advice of baby shampoo directly in the eye. This was NOT an effective practice and I will strongly advise anyone against doing this for an irritation with the eye.
