This urgent care is the most reliable on the island. They doctors and staff are friendly and it's very convenient to have everything I need under one roof. They are a one stop shop, affordable, and thorough. Top notch.

Visiting from Chicago and had possible pneumonia. Went in at 530 pm and filled out 4 pages questionnaire. Was seen within 15 minutes, took vitals & xray to confirm pneumonia. Staff, tech, nurses & doctor were fast, professional, courteous while diagnosing & treating the problem. Left at 650 pm after they called in prescriptions to Walgreens.

I have been seen at Urgent Care twice in the last month. For as crazy as that place is, the staff is remarkably organized. Sometimes, they even remember what I need before I've told them because they are so one the job. I had appointments so the wait time was 0. I've had an ultrasound and a CT scan and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Jeff and Barbie were to me. They answer your questions before you ask them. I would recommend going to this Urgent Care before anything else. It is wonderful to go in and see the same staff without too many turnovers and be treated like you matter. This was a great experience. The entire staff was great, helpful and upbeat. Really can't complain about a wait time, it is an urgent care. But I would definitely go back. :)

It takes a lot for me to go to the dr and I went at 5:20 pm (they are open until 6:00pm) today with bare minimum a very bad sinus infection to flu or even possibly worse. I rang the door bell and they stated they had already taken their last patient and that I'd have to come back tomorrow. To feel as bad as I do and to be turned away 40 minutes before they close is very frustrating. Especially since walk ins welcome is plastered everywhere. Absolutely no care or thought for a patient in need.

The experience at the time was fine but the follow up was horrible. I received a prescription for my fingers that didn’t work. It was only 2 WEEKS and they would not call in something else to try without being seen again. Far as Im concerned horrible patient care. I can understand if I let months go by but this was only to weeks which is what was needed to see if the prescription would work.
