Not a good experience. Did not help with my situation did not even look at what my issue was. On top of that I paid a 50 dollar copay which I am still trying to get a refund because they did nothing to help. I had to go to another doctor that night and pay another co pay to finally get a resolution to my issue.

Staff was kind and understanding. Made an appointment and seen relatively quickly. Only issue I had was I had updated my pharmacy to the one next door and triple confirmed my prescription was being sent there. But it was still accidentally sent to my other one so had to drive a bit farther to get it.

Came home from work feeling sick. Got an appt at 6. Checked in front desk girl very sweet and professional.  Went back within 5 mins of checking in. Saw nurse who again was very nice and professional. Saw doctor right after. Spoke for a bit was given a script for a med. Went over med. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered whatever questions I had. Was told if I still wasn’t feeling any better in a few days to please come back.  Also the urgent care otdrlf was so beautiful and extremely clean. Over all serve was wonderful.
