Woke up not feeling well and was able to walk in and get service quickly and effectively. The staff is very nice and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed when mentioning my symptoms. I felt at ease knowing I was getting the help and care needed under such a vulnerable circumstance.

Walk in for my foot pain and no wait time to see by a nurse and MSN..staffs are great here at apex urgent care Eldridge.   Friendly and professional.  Highly recommended.

I walked in and was taken back in about 10 min and saw the provider within about 10 min after that. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the office is very clean.  Definitely recommend for urgent care needs when can’t get into your primary.

I recently visited Apex for a cat bite and was very impressed with the service. They accommodated me on short notice, and the entire process was efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The practitioner was patient, understanding, and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Checking in was super quick! Hannah is SO friendly, kind and has such great welcoming energy. Dr. Ayoola is amazing too! Very welcoming, kind and provided excellent care. I feel like my concerns are always addressed, I leave Apex at ease and feeling reassured that everything will be okay.  Thank you to the amazing folks of the healthcare world like Hannah and Dr. Ayoola, they make such a positive impact and are true heroes!

Everyone was PROFESSIONAL from front office to back office. It was clean. It smelled clean. The receptionist and PA were dressed appropriately/ clean. They were smiling which I appreciated. This place really did exceed my expectations. The PA ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME❤️ Most importantly my husband was comfortable WHICH IS REALLY HARD TO DO. I have since decided to have them as my own primary care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Woke up in the morning with my hand hurting, walked in asked if they take my insurance, they helped me with the paperwork, took me in the back right away, took x-rays to make sure my hand wasn’t broken, very attractive and friendly. I definitely would recommend them and will be back for sure.. thank you

I was instantly greeted upon walking in. The staff from the front desk to the PA were extremely nice and patient. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I will visit this clinic again.

Had a minor medical situation and just walked in . The front desk attendant Ms. Woods was a so helpful and friendly, as she was also doubling as the medical assistant she was caring and listened to my issue and was so polite and helpful. The NP Ms.Ayolla was absolutely Superb took time to listen to my problem and cared about finding a solution . I cannot say enough positive things about these wonderful people.
