Dr, Kayla was excellent in every way.  She made the visit a wonderful experience.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! A woman at the front desk took the time after the appointment to track down the medication that had been prescribed. This was no easy feat and she followed it through to the end. The entire experience was great!

Scheduling was made online and it was fast and convenient. A few people were in line when I arrived but checking was pretty fast. My appointment was at 1pm and was seen only a few minutes after 1pm. The staff was professional and respectful. I was in and out quickly.

Scheduling was super quick! Got an appointment right away. I will say once I got in, I waited quite a long time to see Dr.Matthew and to be fair, it was a very busy morning. Other than that, my experience was 5 stars! Dr.Matthew is very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Even with being busy, I never felt like he rushed through the appointment and he answered all my questions and was eager to give me context to my injury so I can truly understand what is going on in my body. I have to say, this is by far one of my best experience.  The front house and medical assistant were also super friendly. I can’t thank you all enough for being warm, friendly, and attentive. Like I said, waited a long time but still 5 star experience!

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received at Carbon Urgent Care. I could not get an appointment with my orthopedist for 3 days. Carbon was able to see me right away about the building pain in my elbow and the slight swelling I could see and feel. Carbon took x-rays and within minutes could confidently show me I had a case of bursitis with some calcification. Knowing what was causing the pain gave me peace of mind until I could see my orthopedist. The staff is more than competent, efficient and professional. I would go back again!

Did not feel like the appointment was worth the visit. I received information that I could have gathered online. The staff was friendly but did not feel that the service was worth the cost.
