Nurse who saw me did not get or ask for my full Medical history therefore prescribing me standard Covid medication. I asked her for a lower doseage and she no this is what she prescribed. I also asked her about the alternate Covid medicine and she said she didn’t prescribe that. Actually she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about.i did not want Paxlovid I wanted the Lagevrio because of my many sensitivities/ allergies to my medicines. She said No. I paid for my visit I should have gotten what I requested. So next day I went to CVS Minute Clinic and they prescribed the Lagevrio without any problems. I think someone is pushing the Paxlovid for Pfizer. I didn’t care for her, I didn’t like that she didn’t look or ask for all my illnesses. Paxlovid does not interact well with many medications and there have been many problems with that drug. I will not recommend this urgent care!

Made an appointment, but when we showed up there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. No call, nothing. Extremely unprofessional

I needed urgent care because I found out (no help from here) that I had cellulitis in my foot. I scheduled an appointment for 5:40 pm online, called an uber because I do not drive, rode 20 minutes to get there, got there at about 5:30 and realized that the facility was closed. I then had to call another uber, wait for about 20 minutes outside to go to another urgent care while my foot is swollen about 3 times it’s normal size and dealing with severe pain, to go to a different urgent care. I don’t understand why it would let me schedule an appointment if it wasn’t open. It was a huge waste of money, time, and I was barely able to get to an actual urgent care in time before they closed to get treatment for my foot. would not recommend unless this issue is resolved because my health issue could have potentially gotten significantly worse if I was not able to get into urgent care that evening and I didn’t know how serious it was.
