Front desk staff rude and not friendly at all, the person who saw me to my room was also unpleasant and not friendly at all. The medical provider that saw me made up for both of the other two….he was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very pleasant!

We had a 2 pm appt for a 15 min sports physical and we were there for almost 2 hours.

I made an appointment for a presurgical COVID test. I arrived 5 minutes early and checked in. There was 1 other patient in the waiting room.I specified I did not have symptoms, this was a standard pre-op test. I was called in to a room by the nurse who promptly said so you're not feeling well, tell me your symptoms. I said it again this is just pre-op. She took my vitals, asked about medication, health history, then finally swabbed me. She said I needed to wait for the MD/PA to pop his head in, it would be about 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he came in and said so you're not feeling well tell me what's going on. For the 3rd time I said it's pre-op. He seemed a little embarrassed, checked to make sure they had my email address and apologized. I was there for 45 minutes for what I was told would be a quick swab and gone. I don't understand how that wrong information made it through 3 people and was never fixed.
