Urgent care
My doc had no appointments, went here. Thought I had a simple sinus infection. Golf ball size swelling on my glands, having trouble swallowing. Doc said no infection gave me a low dose of steroids for swelling. Took steroids for 2 days and I was getting worse. It was Saturday so I had to go to Urgent care. Doc took one look at me and realized how bad it was. Shot in the butt with antibiotics, ten day regimen of more antibiotics. Feeling better now. Do not go to this place if you need an anything more than a band aid. I had 2 raging infections going on at once. If she did not know what she was doing she should have said that and sent me to ER. I will be filing a formal complaint, I have all the documentation.

Urgent care
I came to MD Urgent Care with back spasms at 8 pm Sunday thankful they were open until 9. There was no one in the waiting room. The receptionist was very friendly. When Pashi came to get me, she realized I needed help because of my spasms. She was so kind, patient, friendly and helpful during my whole visit. Dr. Flores was very thorough with his exam of my back while Pashi helped me. I had a positive experience at MD Urgent Care from the moment I entered the building.

Urgent care in Roseville, CA

Roseville is Placer County's largest city and one of the Sacramento region's fastest-growing communities. With a large suburban population and major employers in technology and healthcare, urgent care clinics here see high demand for same-day care for families, commuters, and workers. For the broader Sacramento metro, see urgent care in Sacramento.

What services do urgent care clinics in Roseville offer?

Roseville urgent care clinics treat respiratory infections, pediatric illness, sports injuries, occupational health needs, and preventive care like physicals and vaccinations. Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center offers urgent care through its integrated network, and Sutter Roseville Medical Center supports the area with outpatient and walk-in services.2 The Galleria and Sun City corridors have several commercial urgent care operators as well, making access convenient across zip codes.

Does urgent care in Roseville accept Medi-Cal?

Yes. Roseville has multiple clinics that accept Medi-Cal, California's Medicaid program administered by the Department of Health Care Services.1 While Placer County has a higher median income than many California counties, a meaningful portion of residents rely on public coverage, and community health centers in the region serve Medi-Cal patients. Confirm your managed care plan when booking.3

How does Roseville urgent care relate to Sacramento?

Roseville sits approximately 20 miles northeast of Sacramento along I-80 in Placer County. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Roseville has a population of approximately 148,000 residents,4 making it one of the top 20 largest cities in California. Its strong local healthcare infrastructure—anchored by Kaiser and Sutter—means most residents can handle non-emergency care without traveling to Sacramento. The city's population growth has spurred significant investment in outpatient and urgent care capacity. Sacramento remains the regional hub for specialty and complex care.
