I had the worst experience ever! I got stuck in traffic and I was 10 minutes late. I did call to let them know and got voicemail. Got there explained that I was late and was told to sign in. Sat and sat and sat.Finally went to desk and ask why everyone was going before me. I was informed that I went to the bottom of the list! The other person told me it was because I signed in the kiosk and should have done it on my phone. I was not instructed to do so. Finally was called back. Discovered there was only one person checking people and ONLY ONE PERSON DRAWING BLOOD! The person drawing blood had a horrible bed side matter. I will never go there again!
