I came in to ask for a Covid Antibody test because online it said this clinic had one. I waited ten minutes for the receptionist to talk to me and another five while she went in back to ask about the test, which they did not have. It should have taken a minute to ask. Wasted 15 minutes of my time.

Made an appt online for 4 o’clock. Arrived and the front office staff communicated that if we decided to stay we would be waiting for over an hour. She was clearly trying to get rid of us and what is the point of making an appt online if you’re letting walk-ins ahead of those with appts?

The front desk lady was so rude and had no good customer service at all! I had made an online appointment for the one on Broadway and wilmot, never again will I want to go there. And They wanted to charge me $145 just to be seen.
