It took 2 visits to get something to help me get better

This was my first time here. Wait time was very minimal. The doctor answered all my questions and didn’t rush. Overall satisfaction with the care and friendly staff.

Staff was kind and efficient. Felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

I had to have my appointment moved when I arrived to my appointment facility they said the call went straight to vVM they should have left a VM. So I would have called back. Travel and waiting time from my original appointment was a bit of time

I had to rewrite this review because I visited twice this day. On my first visit, I had my diagnosis and a prescription written for my ailment. I was able to pick my script just past noon and expected relief within hours. Five hours later my symptoms had gotten worse and I returned in a bit of a panic. The staff immediately recognized me and after a very short discussion, informing them of worsening symptoms, and they prepared a room for me and I was seen within 15 minutes of entering the clinic. I discussed what I was experiencing and some advice I was given from another fnp that I had been in contact with. The staff listened to me, and allowed me the choice of what I felt was going to be best for my health. We discussed all sides and I felt the staff left me an amazingly informed choice on how I wanted to proceed. Excellent care was provided and they were able to administer medication for the alternative diagnoses on site. The staff was attentive to my condition and provided a calm nurturing charisma that helped eleviate the panicked emotional state I was in. I would highly recommend these medical professionals. Although the first diognosis wasnt correct, I can't say enough positive things about this experience. This staff was incredible. I want to be clear, the initial diagnosis by this staff was 100% the correct course of action and diagnosis. The difference being the alternative diagnosis came from another fnp that had more understanding and a deeper history of the situation and was a "backup", for lack of a better word, for the first diagnosis.

This is where I go for urgent care needs. Never a long wait. And staff has always been great!

My experience at NextCare went well. The staff was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them for your appointments, The follow up was prompt with test results was the next day. I was also able to use my insurance.

Doctor was efficient in prescribing care immediately and showed care and concern for my injury. And advice followed up instead of moving on to next patient wanting to make sure my needs are met. Highly recommend her.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how impressed I was with this facility, after finding them on a quick Google search! I utilized their urgent care service and ended up finding a new primary care doctor. Almost zero wait time, easy check-in process, online appointment booking and new patient forms, amazingly friendly, helpful and patient front office staff, beautiful office and Dr. Spann was informative, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and relatable. 10/10!

I was able to schedule an appointment instead of having to wait in the lobby. When I arrived I was greeted quickly by a very pleasant person. Everyone was very nice and I was seen by provider and out the door in 40 minutes!

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! You can tell that everyone that works there is happy they are there. ( I mean as far as work). I have been twice this year, once in January and once now in August. Same staff. That says a lot. Easy to get on the list and get in there! Love it! Thank you guys!!!

Everything was great the only thing is the provider to give me my steroid shot for my cough

Covid swab was quick and painless. The doctor came in with the positive results, listened to my chest, addressed options, and gave recommendations. I was quite satisfied with my level of care.

It’s great to have new options in this side of town for urgent care. Typical urgent care experience usually leads to long wait times before seeing a doctor. My wait time was brief. My time with the doctor was meaningful and I would recommend more people who need urgent care assistance use this place.

Excellent service with a short wait time

I’ve never gone for myself but I’ve taken elderly friends several times and the staff are super sweet and patient with them. Very thorough and informative. If I ever have to go for myself or family, I know I’ll have a pleasant experience.
