Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. I honestly don't know how this place gets negative reviews except some folks have no idea how healthcare works; much less in a pandemic. It's possible those who gave it negative reviews came on a day when the staff had lots of entitled Karens to deal with. (Which seems to be the case in my experience.) Yes, the wait time was long for me as well. The alternative is sitting in the ER which is notorious for much longer wait times. Urgent care is a more affordable option co-pays wise as well. Once I was seen, I was in & out in less than 20 minutes; this included having a prescription called in to a local pharmacy. I applaud the staff here as they work long hours and make sure everyone is seen before going home for the night. I love the online check-in option as well.
