Tetanus shots

Unfortunately this was a return from previous Saturday. Diagnosed as viral but symptoms continue. Today was prescribed an antibiotic, hopefully this will take care of it. I did not make an appointment. Staff was great. Only had about 45 minute wait.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

This is the only place i go they are wonderful and very caring thank you 🙏

Experience exceeded my expectations. The friendliness of front desk staff and medical assistant was excellent. Was seen in a timely manner and felt confident that the care given was appropriate. Yes, a 5 star review.
