We were in the drive thru for over a half hour, before they closed the window in our face, so their staff could take lunch. And, management was just plain rude, when confronted about it. I'm switching pharmacies, and divesting my CVS stock. HR should be ashamed.

When I asked about myself, and five other seniors, having to wait in line, wasting gas at the drive thru, for over thirty five minutes, before getting the window shut on us (in a line of only four cars, mind you), I was physically threatened by a spindly, little "manager" with a set of plastic B-cup pecs, that he must have spent a lot of money, to have installed on that pirate's dream of a sunken chest. When he was informed, in the most polite wording possible, that I actually used to manage stores like that, and that he was being dishonest about his very obvious mismanagement, he got in my face, and threatened violence on my person. The police were called. There was a visit. When a co-worker was asked if his name was indeed Jared, she looked absolutely terrified of him. I can only imagine what sort of workplace that is. We have always gotten along splendidly with the staff. But, this explains the constant turnover, and the look of fear. And, this is just the most recent, in a storied, mismanaged past, for a location that is hardly four years old. This place has sucked eggs since its inception. And, Corporate has never been able to get a handle on its ongoing misbehavior. If you look at their online reviews, you can see, this is hardly something new. Tragedies have occurred. Mismanager, Jared, is nothing more than a schoolyard bully, who hasn't been checked yet. And, for that, I absolutely blame CVS. HR should be ashamed. We customers will just go somewhere else, and hope that Jared finds his way to a community, more accepting of his bully tactics. Bu, where to put a sociopath? Try Afghanistan, Jared. Live in Afghanistan. They just love white-skinned, bigoted, limp-wrist authoritarians with chips on their sloped shoulders, back there, in Afghanistan. I asked the four other cars, and we were all looking to get our very important prescriptions. One kindly old lady posited that we would have received better service, were we looking for opioids. Shame on CVS for empowering a cheap, schoolyard bully, like Jared. And, shame on Jared's failed "parents". They hurt our Country.
