This place is horrible. I was great prior to Covid but there has been staff turnover and the quality of work and personality of staff has tanked. I’ve ordered prescription deliveries that weren’t filled. When I called they said they were refrigerated and they couldn’t send them out. This not true, you pay $7.99 for the delivery. There was no call back explaining the problem, nothing. When I called to tell her the process and schedule delivery I asked her what was belong sent out and the cost. She was nearly hostile as if I was inconveniencing her. They sent a prescription that I thought the doctor tphad cancelled. I called about and was told that I couldn’t return it. Why am I paying for something t didn’t order. They finally agreed to refund me. It wasn’t the first time they had messed up a prescription. Careless sloppy work that they take no responsibility for. I’ll never go there again. This is inside Target at the Landing.
