Everyone in the office was so nice and so kind and I was grouchy, but was nice back to me anyway.  The doctor was very kind and very efficient and she explained everything to me and we had a nice little chat while she was removing my stitches. The next time I need Urgent Care I will come to this Urgent Care office.  My only complaint is that the form that you’re supposed to fill out before you come in which was on my phone. I couldn’t get it to work so I did it when I got there but thank you. You do it on paper. Most places won’t even take paper anymore, so that was a lot better for me.  It was easy to make the appointment online. I just chose the time I wanted to come in and that was easy. Took about two minutes.

Have a nagging canker sore. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was checked in and seen in 15 mins. The doctor was great, she gave me key things to do along with an rx. Was a great experience all around. Would highly recommend to my friends and family in need of immediate care

Been feeling ill the past few days and wanted to see a doctor. Everyone in the facility was very friendly and very helpful. Check-in was easy and I was fortunate there was no wait time.

I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Doctor Louis was very professional and kind. All the staff high level customer service. When I need to come back it will be at that location.

went online to schedule appointment and was able to get time i wanted. no wait when I got there and was tested. Virtual exam and was called with results a couple of hours later. thank you.

awful experience. waited over 90min for Rx to be sent to CVS… wasted my entire morning on a work day.

Came in for an ear infecfion they said they would prescribe me ear drops and they would’ve been ready to pick up at the pharmacy within the hour. They never sent in the prescription so I was in pain. I had to call them multiple times the next morning to ask them to fill them prescription, I’m assuming they forgot. Should have been sent in after my visit like they said they would.
