I visited this facility on Jan 18 2022 for a non urgent health issue. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Overall the care I received was little short of superb. The staff were attentive, very knowledgeable and caring. Exactly what you need from a health care facility. Special thanks to Eric and Dr Sydney ?

I didn't know you could book online, so I was a walk-in who waited from 11:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. to be seen on Friday, Aug. 25. Despite my long wait, I appreciated the caring employees, the facility's cleanliness, the business-like desk personnel, and ultimately the doctor's clarity.

Office is fun by young staff, all is complicated and won't even let you make an appointment in person or phone. Have to do everything online. Yevette was very difficult.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!I went to see a doctor and the doctor does NOT listen and is very argumentative. He speaks over you and he knows everything and he doesn’t know anything. I looked at the report he wrote, and it was nothing that I stated..SCARY!!! I went with my partner, and he bent over to open the door and his full, butt was exposed!!! I mean it’s very unprofessional and I would not spend a dime to go back there. I mean you’re better off going to the ER and getting a real diagnosis. Not from a Doctor Who thinks they are a doctor and cannot diagnose at all…. I finally had to tell him to STOP!! Not to touch me because I’m in that much pain. I’m very appreciative to be able to write this and someone else a trip not to come here.SAVE YOUR MONEY TO GO TO A REAL DOCTOR THAT CAN Diagnose properly

Horrible receptionists. Today, when I called them to get a follow up on my referral, which has been taking for a MONTH, the receptionist laughed at me and said I can't do anything for you. Extremely rude and incompetent person who is utterly unfit for the job. I am going to file a complaint, hoping this won't happen to someone else in pain.

Came in at 5:07 PM to be seen for pneumonia symptoms. Receptionist indicated that the last patient to be seen was at 5pm? So, yes, I was seven minutes late, but their office hours are posted as closing at 6 PM on Saturdays. If you're not going to take a patient past 5PM, then state that up front in your advertising instead of wasting people's time to drive to your establishment. I pleaded that I just wanted my lungs checked out, but she wouldn't budge. Never have I heard of any medical professionals turning away patients that are indicating they might have pneumonia. Her only response was the "Salinas" location was open or CHOMP. OK - Salinas will take me 45 minutes to get there, so it would be closed anyways. Not the brightest and most helpful receptionist at all. My main argument is to be up front with your posted hours, and for god's sake just lock the door if you're not taking patients---don't just leave it open like you're open for business when you're clearly not
