I have been to this facility about three times and have always left with a very good impression. Wait times are minimal, the caregivers are wonderful, and they have many more diagnostic tools available than other urgent care centers. If you need emergency services, as opposed to urgent care, it’s just a floor away. I’d never go elsewhere.

I was experiencing a good deal of discomfort when we arrived st the clinic. I was taken to a room immediately and the staff worked efficiently to address my discomfort. Sam, the P.A. assigned to my care was personable and recognized my need for "urgent" care. When she had assessed the situation, Sam was able to set her own ego aside and call upon a specialist to advise her as to how best to meet my needs. It was apparent that her primary concern was my comfort and care. And she efficiently took steps to manage my pain and set up a plan for my care. I could not have asked for anything more!

Horrible experience with Doctor Brian MacWilliams at ER. My wife was suffering with lot of pain, he talked to her few words, asked for a CT scan and then never came back to explain what is the problem. He prescribed antibiotics to my wife and the nurse discharged my wife. We had to ask questions, and try to understand what is the problem. I was shocked with this experience. If you are in the middle of nowhere in Africa you have better chances to be treated with more respect. If I was manager of this facility I will definitely fire this doctor or ask him to take lessons and learn how to live in society and behave like a civilized person.
