I made a 5:20PM appointment. I checked in ten minutes before and went to go wait in the car, as I was told. Twenty minutes passed and I had a 6PM class so I’m wondering if I’m going to be called soon and went inside. The man in front was complaining that the man went before his 5:40PM appointment and they said he had a 5:35PM one. I’m here thinking what about my appointment at 5:20PM? They let him in. Then a woman comes in just as I’m about to go up to the front desk and tells them she has a 5:45PM. They let her through! So what’s going on that they did not call me for my appointment ON TIME but these people get seen at their time?? I work in a medical office and even if it’s backed up we make sure people are going in at their appointment time. This is ridiculous. I ended up late to my class and all I wanted was a COVID Test. IT ONLY TOOK TWO MINUTES TO BE SEEN! The new staff needs to be trained again or have a meeting about how to properly do the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous.

A Spanish woman at the front desk told me I needed to make an appointment today so to see the doctor and she said that to a Spanish couple too so I left and went to another urgent care like 20 blocks away was seen by a doctor and on my way back the Spanish couple car was still in the excel parking lot so when I left she let them stay without an appointment that’s not right but karma is going to get that B I know .

AVOID this location. TERRIBLE customer service. Waited for a COVID 19 test for 13 business days and even when I got a text from the lab that my results were ready the office still was not able to locate my results. Been calling for two days and every time I called they said that they will call me shortly. Been to other urgent care los around and never had any issues. Never going back to this place.
