The door was open and the waiting area was very clean. Very few touch points Everyone was wearing a mask I waited maybe 5 minutes Staff was friendly, caring, professional and informative This was my 2nd visit to the Winton road facility and it was as good as the first time If you need an urgent care this is a safe place to go

Fast and friendly service. Great experience. No one wants to go to urgent care but if you have to go , go here.

I didnt have a long wait time. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, & caring. Best urgent care ive ever been to.

We arrived at 6:46 and checked in on app saying we had arrived. It said there were 3 people ahead of us and then eventually showed that we were next. It never notified us that it was our turn and never said to go into Urgentcare. I told my sick daughter we just needed to be patient that we weren’t allowed to go in until we received notice from the app, due to Covid. Finally after waiting over an hour in the car,I risked breaking the rules to go in and inquire about our turn. After all - it was getting close to closing time. The receptionist was very nice but seemed a little frustrated with the app. She said I should have come in and signed in on the physical paper to let them know I had arrived. I have no problem with the receptionist, she was very helpful and a couple of the employees apologized for the wait. They got us in soon after that. My question is why did the app tell us to wait and refresh the wait list when it didn’t mean anything? It even had at column called “at clinic” that said “yes” because I had responded yes to the app when we arrived. The app should have clearly stated that I needed to “go into Urgentcare building and sign in” instead of leading me to believe that checking in on the app was sufficient. Thank you to the staff at Fairfield Urgentcare. I’m sure this app confusion is frustrating for you too.

I have never been to this urgent care but will definitely utilize it again should the need arise in the future. Extremely professional, kind and caring staff!!

I had a great experience at CareFirst urgent care. In the middle of a pandemic it was a little nerve racking going into a healthcare facility, but it was very clean and my wait time was not nearly as long as I expected. Only about 20 minutes. I spent a total of an hour there. Very convenient that you can schedule appointments online and put all of your info in so you don’t need to fill out paperwork when you get there. Would recommend this urgent care

Thorough exam. Quick return time on Covid tests. Much faster than other clinics and doctor offices. Waiting room is small and doesn’t allow for 6 ft of social distance. You are allowed to wait in your car and they will come out to get you.

The only complaints I have is that it smelled bad in there liked rotten cheese, you could even smell it through your mask both myself and my husband said the same thing. The other thing is we did the online check in because its supposed to be faster for you, well it's not when we was seen 45 minutes after our appointment time. Then to make it worse there was a gentleman who came in after us that was a walk in still had to do paperwork and everything, by the time he got done he asked what time it was and told the staff he would have to leave unless he could get seen right now because he had somewhere else to be. Well what did they do they took him back ahead off us when we was there first waiting to be called back, he should have had to wait his turn or come back on a better day and time for himself. Why should we have to wait longer because he chose to make poor time management for himself and yet we went online and picked a time good for us, we did all our paperwork online and was pretty much ready to go when we walked in the door just had to give over a copy of our insurance card and drivers license, then get the link for the covid test on our phone to fill out (which we did in less than 5 minutes while we waited). So I truly believe it was wrong of the staff to call him back and I have worked in healthcare for years you dont do that for patients for the simple reason of people like me who are there first or have an appointment first unless it's an emergency and his was not he was just getting a covid-19 test done. So he could have waited longer or came back later or even another day, like we had to wait the extra 45 minutes past our appointment time we selected. I guess lesson learned as a first time patient here not to come back for this reason and just start using the little clinic or something else. Sad part is we both really, really loved the doctor she was very, friendly, understanding, compassionate about our sick family member and even offered to pray for them, her overall bedside manner you can only score a 5 star but she needs a 10 star it's well deserved and I hope that she sees this to know how much we appreciate her and how she is not like some doctors who can talk down to you, no she was the best and talked with you. I hope she is able to stay safe during this pandemic of treating all of her patients she rocks. The lady that took us back however we never got her name (I was always taught in school and at my job when a patient is brought back you introduce yourself) she was not very friendly, she just seemed like she was there to do a job and that's it, no compassion for a patient. My temperature was high and I found that funny because I had been taking multiple drinks of cold water prior to it, then she said my BP was severely high even funnier part about that is I've never had an issue with it before and I also have a smart watch that takes my BP so I immediately took it and it was what I normally run at an average range and I've always had this compared with all my other doctors readings so I know its accurate but she refused to retake. But I can let all of this go because you have one of the best doctors I've ever met that makes up for all of the bad I guess.

I checked in and filled out all my paperwork online and then told the desk I was there through solv when I got there. I waited for an hour and then they started calling people up who got there after me. So then I went to the desk to make sure I wasn’t getting skipped and it turns out I had to fill out another form and pay because I was getting Covid tested. There was no indication from solv or from the staff that I had to do that before I could be seen. The staff was friendly and the care was great, but in my effort to utilize “contactless check in” I ended up waiting at total of 1 hour and 45 min because there was never an indication that I still had to fill things out.

The nurse practitioner or doctor that came in as a follow up after I got the COVID test was a little unprofessional. When asked if I was doing it because of symptoms or work, she then went on a soapbox about how it’s not smart to take it for work because they are having people in and out testing positive and we are being exposed. Everyone knows their risk when going out in public but the way she approached it was unprofessional and could really freak people out/traumatize people.

Terrible wait time for a COVID test . Only only 1 MA getting the patients back . I had a 3:45pm appointment made online and still didn’t get called back until 4:50pm on for the provider to spend 5 mins with me . I waited all this time to do a 10 second test and the provider to spend 6 minutes with me.
