The wait was pretty long even though I had an appointment but it's hard to complain knowing it is an urgent care facility. The NP was extremely kind and never made me feel rushed. I made my appointment online and was able to do my paperwork in advance.

Everyone was friendly and kid friendly. Answered all questions.

The nurse did well with my 10 year old grandson to give him Covid test. He was really worried

Got a TB test for work. It was a quick and efficient visit.

Got me in quickly. Very friendly and moved fast to diagnose my problem. Tested for COVID, gave me a shot, sent prescription to pharmacy. Great experience

Very straightforward, if you want to minimize wait time, schedule online. Had initial workers comp eval here, then follow up - mostly b/c main healthcare institution here & related clinics very disorganized & leave a great deal to be desired in regard to patient care & field of healthcare in general (I work in this field & have for better part of 2 decades - not from here, not staying.) This urgent care was great, gets the job done, attentive & pleasant at that! Would recommend.

We were there for a sports physical. Checked in online. Still had to wait a few minutes but still faster than the regular doctors office. NP was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

On the road and my PCP wanted me seen by urgent care. Looked up closest urgent care and luckily picked AppleCare. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend this center.

Was in for a drug test, simple straightforward in the waiting queue really helped. Got some things done during the wait and came right back in and finish the test.

Except for the sharp stick up my nose it was all terrific. Lol. I realize that's necessary for a Covid test, but no fun at all.

I was able to check in online. This saved time checking in. They gave me a COVID test. I didn’t think that I needed one but some of my symptoms were the same as COVID-19 symptoms. Thank God it was negative. My overall visit was very good. This was maybe my third time going to Apple Care. It will not be my last one. Thank you

When I got to AppleCare my wait time was a little longer than I expected, but you got to understand that with what’s going on with this Covid. I’ll be nice this time about the front staff maybe they where having a bad day. When I got to the back I couldn’t breathe through my nose due to my sinuses. When I tell you that I had the best group of people wait on me when I finally got in. Omg they explained everything what was going on step by step. Whenever they got ready to do anything they came in my room and explained everything unlike most places. My blood pressure was also very, very, high they were very concerned that. And after everything was done they made sure my blood was low before I left. They made me feel like they really cared about me and that’s what it’s all about. When I got home and told my husband how wonderful they were he said “I had the same people about 2 months ago when I went and they treated me the same way”. So thank you BRANDON, CHANTEL and JORDAN for everything you done for my husband and I it will never go unnoticed I’ve being bragging about you guys all night people. It’s because of wonderful people like you that will make people love and want to come back to visit AppleCare.

Needed a drug screen which requires a urine test, I had to wait 2 hours before i was called in to give the sample,I feel that this was too long of a wait. There should be someone on board to only do the drug screens.

Busy due to requests for Covid testing, but aside from longer wait (1.5 hours) great care, attentive and quick.

Walk in covid test. Waited one hour or so, test results w/in 10min. So many of my friends went elsewhere for rapid tests and don't get results for 3-4hrs or more. Very thorough and attentive staff.

I waited 3 hours for a covid test. Then waited another 50 mins for results. Not happy about it.

We had some wait time as was expected because we wanted to get a covid test while traveling north and we didn't have an appointment. Otherwise the service was excellent and the friendliness was exceptional. If needed, I would go back there in a heartbeat!
