The provider and staff are friendly and helpful. The wait time is short. The provider listens to your concerns, I would highly recommend Little Spurs urgent care.

Greeted by a sweet receptionist. The nurse who took us back was amazing and so good with my 1 year old. Dr who came in was phenomenal! Definitely will be back if we need an urgent care to go to for the kids!

The staff here is so wonderful. They made my kids comfortable, they were so friendly and helpful. A great experience, I will definitely return if the kids ever need quick care.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They were helpful in making my son with disabilties feel comfortable and getting his Covid test without too much trauma to him.

It was my first time taking my baby to another clinic other than his pediatrician, my experience was great! From the front receptionist, medical assistant and Nurse Practitioners were amazing and had so much patience with my 7 month old son. I will definitely recommend my family and friends. We were sent home from school and needed a covid test in order to return to school next day and also needed a diagnosis in order to return to achoo The staff was very understanding of our needs and understood that the school staff has no choice but to send kids home for the slightest ailment. There were 4 people ahead of us but we didn’t mind the wait given the circumstances. All the staff was very friendly and professional.

We had a great experience at little spurs urgent care! The staff was friendly! Janet the MA made my son feel comfortable and safe. She took her time with describing every single step of the X-ray and was very caring. She was soft spoken and treated my son with kindness. Thank you for your care!

This was our first experience at this pedi urgent care and I was very impressed. The staff was incredible and so accommodating to us. Our 6 yr old came in with strep symptoms and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. They accommodated her immediately to ensure she was comfortable while we waited our turn. Even letting her lay down in a vacant room while we waited. They checked on us periodically to let us know where we stood in line and talked so kindly to both of us. Best urgent care experience by far. I have 2 suggestions - 1. Since it’s a pedi focused urgent care it would be lovely to have bright and colorful decor surrounding us while we waited. The walls were completely bare and beige. Something simple like color and bright pictures but can really change a mood. 2. Instead of offering a sucker at the end (with the stickers - thank you) offer brave little boys and girls a toy. I understand the reason to reward them but if their immune system is already compromised it’s not a good idea to introduce high fructose corn syrup, sugar and dyes into their system that’s already fighting. A silly cheap toy would be just as rewarding without being detrimental. The stickers were great though and definitely made her smile!! Overall- really positive experience!!

My 15 year old son has autism and needed a sports physical. We were greeted immediately by 2 very welcoming ladies at the front desk. The lady who took my son's vitals was very friendly and kind. The PA was very efficient and also friendly. It was a great visit. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others and return.

I only went for CoVID testing of child before sleep easy camp. Cannot comment on their delivery of medical services but I suspect it is good.

This is the second visit to your establishment in two weeks for my daughter. She started running a fever again last night so I brought her back. As I was explaining to the doctor who was different from the original doctor that we saw what was going on he kept cutting me off. He was very quick to write off the fever to the impetigo rash. My husband went to an urgent care a few hours later and tested positive for Covid. Now we are $150 in and don’t know if my 22 month old has Covid or not.

Had been in there for almost 3 hours and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Wait time is ridiculous. Never has this problem at any other urgent care.

Everything was great however my wait time this last visit surpassed 2 hours for a simple covid test,unexceptable.

Waited about 2 hrs and 30 mins for a single COVID-19 test with only 8 people in line. Also I just went there for a test but had to have my weight taken, blood pressure checked, ears and mouth checked etc. and just wanted a test. Staff was friendly but I definitely do not recommend going there for a COVID test, that was ridiculous
