I did my second review and I gave 5 stars for all! You guys be ready to check on our kids right away! Means a lot for me. Best place to call when your child is sick. I just one thing im disappointed my son not getting medicine but maybe because I didn’t ask clearly and also he didn’t needed is what I was told. But im still happy with the staff is bery friendly everytime even when is a different location. Thank u for healing our kids.

They never call me back about my sons cray result, i don’t know if the arm is broken or not. They should’ve called me back.

We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.

Very good experience overall. They even have new nebulizer in the clinic itself without having to purchase else where. They are able to bill insurance for the nebulizer if the insurance can cover it.

My grandsons ear was bothering him. Making an appointment with little spurs pediatrician was easy and he was seen within a few hours. Great staff and doctor

Our experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and made my child feel at ease and entertained. I highly recommend their services and plan to return in the future.

I was impressed with our entire experience. Receptionist was very helpful. The person who saw us initially may have been having a bad day. Pamela, NP, was excellent, very experienced and professional. If we need assistance again, we’ll be back. Thanks for taking such good care of our little one.
