I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

What a great urgent care facility! The shopping center it’s in can be a bit rough, but you can’t tell that in the inside. I appreciated their emphasis not to overprescribe antibiotics! Too many places hand these out like candy, and it hurts your overall health! Glad we came here and will return when we need after hour care for our kids.

Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

I've taken my kids many times to this location, unfortunately this time I was a little dissapointed for the looong wait, obviously I'm taking my son because he feels sick, but after 3 hours waiting, he felt worse, his fever came back in that lapse of time. Hopefully they don't make any more appointments than what they can handle. I was a walk in.

While the overall care was great, I feel that the women at the window need a little more empathy especially when you go with a child who’s sick there’s two people there and there’s no need for eyes to be rolled just because one person is answering something and it should be the other. empathy needs to be practiced there. Whom ever the darker girl is with glasses sitting in the first chair to the left was extremely rude. Everybody else was pleasant.

We thought my son had strep throat. Got in, got tested. It was positive! Meds were called in and he is feeling better. Doctor was nice and informative and talked with him about his symptoms. Always come here when the pediatrician office is closed! Been a customer since 2016! Excellent service!

Staff was extremely friendly, had a slight wait due to other appointments coming in but staff was very apologetic while still providing great care! I did my second review and I gave 5 stars for all! You guys be ready to check on our kids right away! Means a lot for me. Best place to call when your child is sick. I just one thing im disappointed my son not getting medicine but maybe because I didn’t ask clearly and also he didn’t needed is what I was told. But im still happy with the staff is bery friendly everytime even when is a different location. Thank u for healing our kids.

We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.
