The MA could have been a little more friendly. Didn't seem like a kid friendly person at all. The NP was good and quick as always. Seemed busy but the wait time was completely reasonable

Greeted by a sweet receptionist. The nurse who took us back was amazing and so good with my 1 year old. Dr who came in was phenomenal! Definitely will be back if we need an urgent care to go to for the kids!

Everything was smooth sailing from check in to seeing the nurse practitioner (who was amazing). My son ended up getting sick during the assessment and the NP didn’t skip a beat in consoling him and getting him and the room cleaned up. It was a great experience for a pretty worried mom and a very sick kiddo.

I got a rapid covid test, needed it for work. Set up online, Dr did the screening over FaceTime, while I was at home. Appointment was for 30 min after the call. I called from my car to let them know I was there. Already completed paperwork at home. Staff came to me in my car, for payment and to get the sample to test. Results took about 15 min, they brought the paperwork back out to me. Whole process took less than 3 hours from the time I started set the appointment online, to having needed test results. It was quick, convenient, and decently priced. I Have used this service several times over the last year.

My daughter was so scared to get her covid test but the nurse (not sure what his name was) was so fantastic at explaining everything to her beforehand and was both quick and gentle. My daughter had a great experience! The only negative was the filthy air vent ducts on the ceiling - really gross.

It was my first time taking my baby to another clinic other than his pediatrician, my experience was great! From the front receptionist, medical assistant and Nurse Practitioners were amazing and had so much patience with my 7 month old son. I will definitely recommend my family and friends. Woke up knowing my daughter had strep. Took her in when they opened and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. They were all so nice and fast. Another great experience there!
