All the staff was especially nice and over caring!! Which is always a plus in my book! Especially when staff could be short, only thing I could think of in these times is to tell clients to not waste a test if only showing mild symptoms which could be the flu and save the test for others who could use testing the most especially those who are Definitely autoimmune. And give courtesy to those who are their first and just in the vehichles waiting, cause those people are just taking extra precaution, but not the staffs fault

Went for COVID test. Registration was unable to give even the slightest idea of the time for our wait. Seems odd that after all this time you cannot give even a rough estimate of wait time. Once inside the Tech couldn’t have been sweeter, kinder or had a better “bedside” manner. The Doctor was caring and informative and even though our tests were negative he gave us advice on further testing, follow up and cautions to follow.

I’ve been to this urgent care several times, the wait is what it is with the current health issues. I believe the staff gets patients in and out as best as possible, and the doctors on staff are all very caring, but, they need to figure out a way to distance patients who come in and are visibly ill with a constant cough or sneezing from other patients in the waiting room. They should be made to wait in their car or in a separate room. The chairs are not spaced enough for distancing and the waiting room is always full.

The wait was 3 hours for a molecular Covid test required for surgery. Maybe there should be a special section just for patients who need this test. But otherwise the staff was very nice.

Good experience. My first time ever at an urgent care. It was recommended to me. I would go back there again.

This was my first time using this urgent care and I have no complaints. I only waited about 20 minutes or so, and everyone was very nice and kind.

I went for a rapid Covid test. I was the first person in line at 8:00am, I checked in and was asked to wait in my car. I was in my car less then 5 minutes and was called to come in. The nurse who did my test was extremely friendly as well as the doctor who gave me my results. I will definitely be back when I need a doctor and mine is closed. Thank you for hiring such sweet people

I love going to riverside urgent care in runnemede all the front desk lady’s are always pleasant to speak to, They are also very helpful and the providers are great they listen to you and they don’t rush me while I’m talking I would recommend this center to anyone everyone there is a great.

I needed a covid test. They were careful and helpful

There was only one doctor so the wait time went from one hour to a two hour wait. The window staff did not seem to be pleasant—almost condescending when I was being spoken to, but the attending nurse was friendly and the quality of care she demonstrated was excellent. She was gentle with taking samples for COVID-19 testing and had put me at ease. She returned precisely at the time of wait she mentioned with my results.

The ladies in the lab were awesome! My blood draw was the first where I did not feel the stick - she was that good!

From the time we walked in to sign in to the nursing staff it was awesome! Everyone is very friendly, professional & makes us feel comfortable~ The doctor was great also Thank You very much & I would definitely recommend this Riverside Urgent Care to everyone!!

This is my second time to do test, and I find it comfortable doing it here, 5 minutes waiting time is good enough, and the staff is accommodating and kind, the facility is clean and organized.

The Dr. was very friendly and caring. The only complaint was that my “Rapid Test” was not then sent for more conclusive testing. My primary Doctor would not see me with only “Rapid Test” results.

I came in Sunday morn, and the girl in front of me was getting a rapid COVID test , she was asked to sign in on the pad which she did with her bare fingers, then she had to wait outside, when I went up the girl asked me to sign in on the pad , I said no because you didn’t sanitize the pad the girl Just signed in on , she looked at me and said “well we do it every hour” OK seriously that is not an answer, that pad should’ve been sanitized after everybody signed in,actually it probably shouldn’t even be used, it is probably better just to put the information in with the receptionist! I asked her to please sanitize it and she did not , she said I’ll just take your information here ,,,, so you have a girl coming in possibility with Covid, using her fingers to sign in on a pad, and you expect me to sign in after her ?? That is the reason I would not recommend this place,and that was an unacceptable answer, “We sanitize every hour “ !! your policy needs to be changed but other than that everything else was fine !
