All the staff was especially nice and over caring!! Which is always a plus in my book! Especially when staff could be short, only thing I could think of in these times is to tell clients to not waste a test if only showing mild symptoms which could be the flu and save the test for others who could use testing the most especially those who are Definitely autoimmune. And give courtesy to those who are their first and just in the vehichles waiting, cause those people are just taking extra precaution, but not the staffs fault

I went for a rapid Covid test was told probably an hour wait and instead I was there for 3 hours! The test was performed and told would be at least 15-20 before a doctor wound inform me of tge results and evaluate me - it was 50 mins! It would have been nice if they inform you while there so you are aware.

Went for COVID test. Registration was unable to give even the slightest idea of the time for our wait. Seems odd that after all this time you cannot give even a rough estimate of wait time. Once inside the Tech couldn’t have been sweeter, kinder or had a better “bedside” manner. The Doctor was caring and informative and even though our tests were negative he gave us advice on further testing, follow up and cautions to follow.

I’ve been to this urgent care several times, the wait is what it is with the current health issues. I believe the staff gets patients in and out as best as possible, and the doctors on staff are all very caring, but, they need to figure out a way to distance patients who come in and are visibly ill with a constant cough or sneezing from other patients in the waiting room. They should be made to wait in their car or in a separate room. The chairs are not spaced enough for distancing and the waiting room is always full.

The wait was 3 hours for a molecular Covid test required for surgery. Maybe there should be a special section just for patients who need this test. But otherwise the staff was very nice.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I got checked in, and needed a little help doing the computer. Everyone was king from the check in people to the people who actually did my test. I would definitely recommend to others.

I'm from out of town and decided to do a faceplant on my morning run - Thanksgiving, of all days! I needed sutures for a chin laceration, so I went over to Riverside, expecting a long wait. Check in was very efficient, and I only had a short wait in the waiting room. The provider was very efficient, knowledgeable and soothing - my daughter, who is a nurse practitioner, was with me, and was very impressed with his demeanor and expertise. As a health care professional myself, I was pleased with the level of cleanliness and infection control measures. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility.

I went for a rapid Covid test. I was the first person in line at 8:00am, I checked in and was asked to wait in my car. I was in my car less then 5 minutes and was called to come in. The nurse who did my test was extremely friendly as well as the doctor who gave me my results. I will definitely be back when I need a doctor and mine is closed. Thank you for hiring such sweet people

I needed to get a covid test for travel. I signed in and when they were ready for me they called me as I waited in my car. My only concern is the requirement was 48 hours before travel. I'm hoping results will be available by morning. If not I may not be able to board.

Staff was VERY friendly. I was there for a rapid test and did not need to see a Dr. Wait time for the rapid test was over an hour. However, once the nasal swab was completed, it was only about 20 minutes.

I love going to riverside urgent care in runnemede all the front desk lady’s are always pleasant to speak to, They are also very helpful and the providers are great they listen to you and they don’t rush me while I’m talking I would recommend this center to anyone everyone there is a great.

There was only one doctor so the wait time went from one hour to a two hour wait. The window staff did not seem to be pleasant—almost condescending when I was being spoken to, but the attending nurse was friendly and the quality of care she demonstrated was excellent. She was gentle with taking samples for COVID-19 testing and had put me at ease. She returned precisely at the time of wait she mentioned with my results.

No wait, despite walking in. The COVID-19 rapid test was painless and the results were available within 15 minutes, as promised. I tested negative, thankfully. All went well, praise the Lord!

Everyone was great except for the doctor I had. She seemed to not care or believe I was sick and wasn’t the friendliest. The wait time was fine, took a while but it was a sunday. I did a walk in.

When being checked in girl talked with others the whole time. Girl who checked me in talks loud. Not to complain but when no t feeling well annoying. Being 62 don’t think questions about being pregnant last period are necessary. She snapped back saying she has to ask. Doctor was great and through. I’m overall pleased I got my X-ray without having to go somewhere else. I think my complaints are exaggerated because I was feeling very sick
