I waited too long when I first went In @12pm the girl told me they were packed and that I have to come back at 2pm... went to visit the other location near by same thing plus their phone line were not working so I had troubled communicating with the office so that I can find out if I can go back with my 2 sick kids so phones were "down" I went back at 2pm was told the same thing come back now in 45 minutes I left came back and the lady took my info down told me I had to wait in the car with my kids until I get a text to come inside I waited 2 hours to get the text once I went inside i waited another 2 hours to be seen... horrible service long hours the Doctor and medical assistant were nice but how they manage everything is poor management.

This urgent care was amazing. Wait time was great! Nurse and doctors are AMAZING! Dr Noah took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything regarding my illness. He put my mind at ease. I will definitely return in the future and recommend Riverside to all my family and friends!

Fast. Everyone was great....let you wait outside for results...I was not feeling well and got a rapid covid Test. Because the nurse saw I was sick she suggested I could see a Dr. She really seemed concerned. I'd go back there if need be. Thanks for the great work. ..Heroes.

Check in & triage staff were very friendly. Physician was not friendly and very contradicting. My concerns were very brushed off and treated in a negative manner.
