Front desk staff had no personality. It’s seems like you’re bothering them. The PA that I saw was just talking over me because she know best, like can you just listen to my problems that I came here for! I’m not a big fan of urgent cares, but I had no choice but to go.

I used to use a different ProHealth Urgent Care. The visit was fine. After Covid arrived it didn’t seem that they were trained in dealing with the situation or the patient’s. They were too afraid, it seemed, to deal with the situation at all. Some nurses were even nasty to me and when I asked for some assistance to help me fill some on my phone, I was told to read the prompts. I left. The next day I went to the ProHealth Urgent Care on the LIE EAST at exit 36. This was the Urgent Care i felt was so good. It was at that Urgent Care where each medical person were so much were so professional,friendly, so capable and they all had smiles for the patiences. I wanted to elaborate on my first response to you and better explain how well I was treated. They are a wonderful staff. If someone could show this to Dr. David Cooper I would be very grateful if he could read it. Thank you for letting me elaborate.

Was taken in within 10 mins. The nurse was very professional and gave me my test right away. She prescribed medication which I picked up the next day.

Thank you all... throughout this pandemic which is still with us ... you made me feel safe and in the best care from everyone... from the front desk to the nurses, PA’s to the Doctors...thank you for your kindness, concern and professionalism... I will continue testing just not weekly for now...thank you all for your dedication to help everyone who comes through your doors... you are all truly a blessing...hopefully more will get vaccinated and we will eventually come out of this pandemic with greater understanding and awareness... God bless you all...🌻

Came in for a COVID test and only waited five minutes to be call in. Waited maybe about 10-15 mins for results which was given to me by a doctor. Was very pleased.

No wait, our nurse was so patient with my 10 ur old daughter who was nervous. She was patient, spoke in a calm voice was supportive. Great experience. We have gone to PM pediatrics recently and they were not patient which I was surprised since they service kids only. Would come back here before I go back there.

Sunday being Mother’s Day and ping for weekly test turned out to be a great experience... other women in waiting room were amazing and we were all vaccinated all 3 of us... PA GENTLE AS EVER DOING TEST AND BEAUTIFUL DOCTOR I FINALLY GOT TO MEET...was a beautiful experience ..

I’ve been to this urgent Care a few times the doctors were amazing,May 6 I went to urgent care again I was very unhappy with this doctor, I was rushed and I was the second patient at 8:10 in the morning there were no other people in the waiting room but one other person I didn’t like his comments at all

I came in for a Covid test because I’d been exposed, and the staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. The doctor on staff was helpful and did a thorough check due to the symptoms I was having, and gave me enough info and data to make sound plans for essential travel.
