My Father needed a Covid test for pre surgery screening. He is very stressed and everything here was smooth helping to put his mind at ease. The paperwork was Quick and easy to fill over on my phone. Overall he left feeling at ease.

The staff here are uplifting. They like their jobs and the people they work with. It shows. That is very welcoming. The wait is the wait. Sometimes super fast, at others excruciatingly slow. However, if there is a wait, I feel assured that it is for good reason. If I’ve waited, I’m given an explanation and an apology. The explanation is valid, and the apology sincere. This IS an Urgent Care facility., so... it comes with the territory. The care given once seen is attentive, personal and thorough. There is a real human and personal touch here that feels very rare for Urgent Care. I’m grateful.

I came for a walk-in at opening on Friday. Was 8th in line and waited an hour and a half to hear that the clinic ran out of rapid tests (which I needed). Got an appointment the next day... and was seen 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Then they had me sit in a room for 30 min while a patient was roaming the hall back and forth talking about all of his exposures in the last week... Wasn’t great. The real-time waitlist should also just give you a text when it’s your turn, or the reservation process should encourage you to check in MUCH earlier than your appointment if you want to be seen Round that time.

Staff in little neck urgent care was extremely busy but attended to all needs of their patients. From front office to testing staff- everyone was great. Give them a raise ProHEALTH! I used to work for you and know that you don’t pay a lot for the work they do!

The place needs to have a better system to manage COVID testing waiting time. We have been standing outside since 7am (because website said there is drive through from 7am), we finally get tested at 10:30am. This is NY and waiting outside at zero degree for 3 hours for family with young children or seniors. This is horrible. Pls have a better online booking system and avoid people standing outside for such long time under the cold. Thank you!

I had the most seamless experience at the 330 Court Street ProHEALTH center today. I felt safe, the waiting room was spacious and limited capacity of people, and the experience for getting my COVID rapid and PCR tests was super easy. Got my rapid result within 20 minutes AND had the doctor come and speak with me about any questions, etc. Overall, A+ experience.
