My Father needed a Covid test for pre surgery screening. He is very stressed and everything here was smooth helping to put his mind at ease. The paperwork was Quick and easy to fill over on my phone. Overall he left feeling at ease.

The staff here are uplifting. They like their jobs and the people they work with. It shows. That is very welcoming. The wait is the wait. Sometimes super fast, at others excruciatingly slow. However, if there is a wait, I feel assured that it is for good reason. If I’ve waited, I’m given an explanation and an apology. The explanation is valid, and the apology sincere. This IS an Urgent Care facility., so... it comes with the territory. The care given once seen is attentive, personal and thorough. There is a real human and personal touch here that feels very rare for Urgent Care. I’m grateful.

I came for a walk-in at opening on Friday. Was 8th in line and waited an hour and a half to hear that the clinic ran out of rapid tests (which I needed). Got an appointment the next day... and was seen 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Then they had me sit in a room for 30 min while a patient was roaming the hall back and forth talking about all of his exposures in the last week... Wasn’t great. The real-time waitlist should also just give you a text when it’s your turn, or the reservation process should encourage you to check in MUCH earlier than your appointment if you want to be seen Round that time.

Everyone, from the front desk to the triage and testing, were so very polite and courteous! One of my best medical experiences in NYC, and it made COVID testing less terrifying.

I had the most seamless experience at the 330 Court Street ProHEALTH center today. I felt safe, the waiting room was spacious and limited capacity of people, and the experience for getting my COVID rapid and PCR tests was super easy. Got my rapid result within 20 minutes AND had the doctor come and speak with me about any questions, etc. Overall, A+ experience.

Jasmine was phenomenal from start to finish. Alyse was thorough and accomodating, and particularly adept at maneuvering around us in tight space. Levy was pleasant and efficient. Overall, I will return if I need urgent care. Wonderful experience given its context!

I visit this URGENT Care for the first time had a amazing experience I have to say the clerk who was attending me 2/5/*** around 5p-6p was amazing she was so helpful I couldn’t be any happier very attentive. I’ll be back as well as refer my family and friends since this is my neighborhood. I’ll see you on Saturday!

The airline Jetblue required 24-72hrs covid test. I had my covid on Friday 9am and hoping I’ll get the test back before I travel 7am. I called the office the office was very mean and they don’t guarantee. I’m very dissatisfied with the service.

The wait time (an hour and a half past my appointment time) was much longer than I've experienced at any other ProHealth location. If the facility is taking appointments, they should make sure they have the capability to honor them in a timely manner. Having people wait inside for extended periods for covid tests seems risky.

I made an appt 2 days in advance through Solv, arrived 15 mins early, and checked in on my phone as I was prompted to do. When people behind me on the roster on the app were being called ahead of me I told the receptionist, who asked if I’d checked in and said I wasn’t on her list. I explained, she apologized for the oversight, but was short with me and still let in 2 others ahead of me, including a walk in. And the doctor (don’t know name but young, female, long black hair) was walking around with her mask pulled down under her chin. The nurse who gave me the COVID test was good.

I went in for COVID testing. Made an appointment but still waited almost 40 minutes. The nurse did a quick vital check, respiratory/oxygen rate and temperature. Blood pressure was not taken. I believe that’s a standard vital. I asked for a rapid covid and antibody test. I was very taken aback when the PA did NOT wear gloves to take my blood. I asked and she said “studies show gloves don’t make a difference.” I should have stopped her right there but didn’t have the time to find another place to do my antibody test. I have good blood flow in my right arm but for some reason this blood draw took at least 3 minutes. I think it’s because she never removed the tie on my arm so the blood wasn’t flowing down my arm. I’m deeply disappointed in this location. Especially because it is a pandemic and they aren’t taking simple precautions.

The staff were remarkably kind and positive in a tough situation. I’d give it a five if it wasn’t for the fact I stood outside for 2.5 hours. I was waiting to get a covid test because I have symptoms - standing for 2.5 hours outside didn’t make me feel much healthier. The staff could not have been more positive and thoughtful though. I am grateful for that.
