Staff in little neck urgent care was extremely busy but attended to all needs of their patients. From front office to testing staff- everyone was great. Give them a raise ProHEALTH! I used to work for you and know that you don’t pay a lot for the work they do!

The place needs to have a better system to manage COVID testing waiting time. We have been standing outside since 7am (because website said there is drive through from 7am), we finally get tested at 10:30am. This is NY and waiting outside at zero degree for 3 hours for family with young children or seniors. This is horrible. Pls have a better online booking system and avoid people standing outside for such long time under the cold. Thank you!

I got a COVID rapid test and received a call afterwards but wasn’t able to hear what the caller said as the phone was cutting out and am now unable to get ahold of anyone to ask! If anyone from Little Neck ProHEALTH Urgent Care sees this or if anyone has an idea what that call was about if I also received a text that said my results were negative please let me know! Thank you!

We went for Drive Through COVID Rapid Testing. Apparently this urgent care (Little Neck) defines Drive Through as parking your car and walking to the front door, scan an app, follow instructions to fill out paperwork and wait for a call to come inside for testing. How is this possibly Drive Through??? I was very disappointed that we had to fill out any paperwork since my wife and I have been patients of ProHealth physicians for many years and all our information is in the ProHealth computer system and very current. When I asked the ladies at the front desk why we had to do this I got a very short & insulting “because you have to.” It was the way she said it that was inappropriate. The one very positive experience was Matthew who did our tests. He was professional, informative and had our results in the 15 minutes he said it would take.

I did a Rapid COVID Test today at around 2:00pm and was told that I would get the result in 15 minutes. It’s about 9:00pm and still didn’t get my results. I wanted to know my results so that I can protect my family. That’s not right
