Had to wait 30 minutes or more, but typical for urgent care. Friendly staff, very patient doctor, plenty of time for questions, no feeling of being rushed. I will come back here for future needs.

The Davis office turned me away but the Plantation office was accommodating and patient. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and the person who did my drug screen. They saved the reputation of the company with my experience.

I must say Christina is an awesome staff member. She explained and took really good care of me for my physical. The level of customer service and respect she gives is outstanding. I informed the triage nurse of my symptoms and was directed to my car for the safety of the patients in the waiting room. I had a test done and spoke to the MD curbside. The service was awesome.

sign in papers and wait for insurance approval takes a while, and the rapid covid test isn't covered, $100+. Sit in car and swab is quick, then wait for copies again, and release... about 45 min.total with car a/c.
