I was under the impression that I was getting a pcr test done,I have the result for a rapid antigen test,but don’t see any results for a pcr. Other than that confusion,smooth experience

The provider was BUSY, BUSY, BUSY handling everyone who showed up at the same time - but he took care of people as quickly as he could, was cheerful, helpful, and respectful of our time. He was gentle with the swab, always appreciated! I'll be back.

I was just getting a COVID PCR test for traveling to visit family. I did not see the need to speak to a doctor or have a rapid test. I know it is a business but the extra steps was only beneficial for you to make more money. The service was very professional and quick and I would recommend it to others and may use it again since it is convenient to my home and the wait was short.

Your software needs fixing. I registered online. Then I had to register with a pen at the site. I have not written by hand in 35 years. She could not read my writing. I was given a QR code and had to use my phone. I'm not a phone guy. I'm a website guy. The phone UI is tedious all for a website I already signed up for. Then I had a video interview on a tablet but the video was pointless as the sun is too bright to see the video. With the masks, it took a bit for the doctor to look me up and understand the spelling of my name. Fix the registration process so we do not have to register 4 times.

The staff was friendly but this site is super disorganized. There were no signs and they are so understaffed the one line organizer was frantically helping people get in the right spot to first talk to the screening nurse and then get in one big long line to wait to get tested. It was only after waiting in the long line for over 5 minutes did the one worker ask who had an appointment and then she brought us to the front of the line. Then after having to write down my information on a piece of paper and pen that was not sanitized I got the rapid and PCR done. I was told that I would get the rapid results in less than an hour and the PCR in 1-3 days. It has been 3 days and I’ve heard neither my results from the rapid and the PCR test. I’m assuming this is because they are so understaffed. Their organization needs to change and they need to hire more staff to keep up with the increased demand for tests but I appreciate the 3 workers that were there trying their best.

We were ahead of time for our scheduled appointment on 12/19/21, between 1:30pm & 3pm, at your Union Middle School location. Unfortunately, we waited for a half of an hour before being tested. The poor technician was working very hard to service all the patients as he was the only person working. That made it very difficult for him to be able to make sure everyone was registered, to answer questions, to keep everyone at 6 feet apart, to conduct the testing and provide results. He was professional, friendly and apologetic; what a trooper he was! I was appalled by the registration procedures and the IPAD visit with the “medical provider”. GrapeFruit clearly violates HIPAA with the provider asking patients to say out loud in public their name, birthdate, reason for testing, if they have had COVID in the past 90days. Anyone around that is at the location for testing or in apartments directly behind the testing area can hear the private personal information. All of these questions can be and/or are asked during on line registration or provided a form to complete upon arrival and handed to technician when called up to complete the test. My family and I thought the location was convenient but would not recommend due to their privacy flaws. Kudos to the technician for his hard work and professionalism

The staff was friendly and professional, and the test site was perfectly fine. However, I was told I would have my rapid test result emailed to me and I still haven't received it after two days. I had to go to a different facility to get the test result that I needed.
