Booking the appointment is a hassle. Your receptionists also do not know how to do anything but tell you to use the QR scanner. Sometimes, automation alone just doesn't cut it. You need an actual person with the knowledge to help you out.

The bottom line is that I was there last Thursday and still don’t have PCR results today, on Tuesday. Useless. I would not recommend or return to this clinic

They do not accept appointments with Solvhealth. Despite that being a clear problem they were aware of, they posted no signs and did not communicate with anyone. I received a text message telling me to check in, did so, and waited 40 minutes before I could get a straight answer from anyone about having to start the process all over again. They failed and Solvhealth failed

Never got my results despite following up 3 times

Awful waiting in the rain around people who are coughing and not enough room to social distance. No One had any idea of the process or where to wait.

The staff is professional and friendly.
