You gotta need to update your apps. I’m tired typing ALL MY INFORMATION and for the same test. You have records. My Insurance information too. KEEP THEM. Shouldn’t take 10mins to get the a portable of ?uestions. It’s ALL THE SAME INFORMATION.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful. However things were a bit disorganized. At first they couldn’t find a record of my husband’s appointment. Then, when they took us in, I fortunately asked to make sure we were getting a PCR test (not a rapid test). They were going to give us the rapid test, despite having indicated PCR test in the online form! Glad I asked. We were surprised by the $50 copay. We have insurance and ladt time we were tested, we didn’t pay anything. We don’t recall seeing anything about $50 when we signed up for test.

I thought we were getting the rapid test. They didn't tell me I was getting the one with 1-5 turnaround. This was not at all clear when I signed up or else I wouldn't have gone there for the test.
