Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Check in was easy and the front desk person was extremely polite. Dr Anderson was excellent. Very thorough and attentive.

I came in to have a painful and angry-looking bug bite looked at. Iwaited 2 hours for the doctor to explain to me how bug bites work. He looked at the welt and briefly felt it. He told me that I should keep an eye out for "systemic" symptoms but did not acknowledge my statement that the puncture hurt when he touched it, that my neck was sore, or that my arm was uncomfortable. I was told to see my PCP if my temperature went over 104 and he made treatment recommendations that I told him I had already tried with no effect. I did not feel like he listened to basically anything that I said. I have generally had a good experience with IM Health but this visit unfortunately felt like a waste of time and money.

This is not the first time I visited. Today I walked in to get an x-ray of my toe. I was in and out within an hour. The nurse and doctor were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Right when you walk in you are pleased with the cleanliness of the practice and the prompt attention when checking in. Having the ability to schedule on-line makes that process very smooth.
