I was able to book an appointment easily online. The staff was very kind, and the nurse practitioner explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend.

Nurse practitioner was horrible. Came in for ear pain and was told she “kinda saw something” and told me to take ibuprofen. I said I have plugging and tighten of the ears and in pain. She gave me a referral to ENT which is probably a month out.  Visit was useless, after taking money and billing insurance. Other times with doctors and nurse practitioners were good. She may be new fresh out of school practitioner.

Went in with very swollen tonsils, the staff were so attentive and helpful to get me in quickly once the wait time went down. My doctor was very thorough about checking what I’m sick with and answering any questions I had. Had to get bloodwork done as well, I’m not great with needles, but again she was so careful and I basically didn’t feel the needle.

Went to urgent care to find out if I had a blood clot from surgery. It was easy to be seen & the PA was concerned for my welfare. She advised me to go immediately to the ER. I did and they were able to run tests to assure me there were no clots. I appreciated the speedy assessment by the PA.

Everyone at the Covington Indigo urgent care is always so friendly and professional! Today there was no wait time, and we were out very fast. Great provider, great staff, great office. Highly recommended when you need a visit to the doc outside of normal primary care hours.

I figured it was my lucky day when I was able to book a time that was convenient for me using online scheduling.  Receptionist checked me in right away, nurse came out soon after and did her Pre screening and dr was in to see me within a few minutes.  He identified the issue, explained what he was going to prescribe, and made sure I understood the instructions, sent the medication request off to my pharmacy and I was ready to leave.  Everyone involved in my care was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their tasks.  I would definitely use this system again and tell others about it as well.

No help when it comes to mental health. When calling to even see if I can be taken care of, nobody mentioned to me that they were most common route is to just simply tell you to go to the emergency room. They don’t tell you this until you pay your co-pay and waste your time.
