I’m mostly impressed. The day was booked but I still got in almost first. I watched as the staff came to work. They all appeared to be ready for another ‘tour’. I’d have to say that having a sense of humor is vey important. (They do) I’m sorry for the patients who come with such a (needless) bad attitude. Thank you indigo - close by , and ready for the next onslaught.
