The nurse was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable with her and felt that she cared. The ladies at the front were welcoming and helpful. Often, the assistant who takes notes and blood pressure is left out. The lady who does the preparation was very nice and efficient.

I scheduled an appointment online and still waited a long time. The MA’s did a good job and were helpful during the appointment. The PA was ok, he seemed distracted though. The next day I had to go back to the Urgent Care to ask about the Antibiotic that wasn’t sent into the pharmacy delaying start of care a day.

Called in to see about a sports physical for my child. Gave insurance information to whoever answered the phone and I was told my insurance was accepted. After getting to the location I was then told my insurance was accepted by them but only at other locations of theirs and none of the ones local to me. I then paid full price of $250 dollars for a 15 min physical, height, weight, vision, visual ear and throat check, heart and lungs.  A few more basic questions and then we were done. The Dr and nurses were great and did a wonderful job with my child but the assurance over the phone of my insurance being accepted and then yes accepted at others but not here did not make this customer happy. I would recommend the Dr and nurses but be prepared to pay more than what you are supposed to.

Even though I had to wait almost an hour it was okay. Good quality care excellent staff.

My lungs began hurting a few days ago and got worse every day- so I just walked in. I was seen in 20 minutes! Very nice people! I would recommend these people anytime.

First of all, the first thing you notice (besides the friendly staff), was the cleanliness of every room we went into. Scheduling our appointments was so easy. The wait time took a little bit, but that was due to computer problems. Yes! I would absolutely recommend Indigo Urgent Care. The staff was very friendly and pleasant while we were there. I would definitely use Indigo Urgent Care again.

I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment time and they got me in early. I didn’t have to wait at all. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Drove over but had to make an appointment two hours later, I wish I had called first. This was our first time in service was excellent!
