Serving as a primary care provider in the Tinley Park area, UChicago Medicine at Ingalls, Tinley Park sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 5 days a week at their clinic located at 6701 W 159th St, Suite 100 with today's hours being 8:00AM to 3:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

I have been coming here with my two sons for years and have watched the decline. I have been a nurse myself for 32 years. The md was great and friendly this last time. The nursing staff and front desk were beyond rude. My son had a pretty bad concussion, was confused the nursing staff handed a packet to him and said you can go. No discharge instructions what so ever. The front desk was so rude when I came in looking for him she was texting on her phone and beyond annoyed by my mere presence. I am a nurse manager but do not flaunt it, if any of my staff acted like we were treated they would be fired. The decline has been apparent the last three visits. It’s a shame it is convenient won’t be going back.

Terrible place. Half the staff was rude and passive aggressive. You can tell most of them dont belong in the medical field or any field involving other humans. There were 2 nurses who were kind and compassionate, I feel truly sorry for them that they have to work with clearly incompetent and toxic people. Not to mention the scam with the bogus additional charges. They made us feel like we were wasting our time and any test we wanted was a waste of time. Just check the reviews for n google. Itll give you a better idea of what this place really is. Youre disgusting human beings. That €unt doctor with the dreadlocks was beyond rude and passive aggressive. Someone needs to take them down a peg.

Dr. Hutchinson didn't care about my symptoms. She didn't tell me to stay off it, gave no recommendations on how to handle my symptoms. Mostly what I asked her was "I dont know!". Not helpful and next time Dr. Hutchinson have valid answers for the next patient in pain, saying "I don't know" makes a patient think that he/she in the medical field is incompetent. Have patience with the patient.

This is one of the worst locations I have ever experienced for medical work. They have no concept of what an appointment means. Plan on sitting two to thee hours after you scheduled appointment. Simply awful!!!!!
