My experience with him has been truly extraordinary! This urgent care deserves more than 5 stars; it provides 100% excellent service. Dr. B is an exceptional doctor, outstanding in several aspects. He is revered for his unique combination of kindness, intelligence, and exceptional bedside manner, standing out above all. His medical knowledge instills confidence in me as a patient, he is a compassionate understanding human being. It is most definitely rare to find physicians of his caliber. Dr. B 's kindness permeates every aspect of this urgent care practice. My experience with this doctor was genuine, very informative, and I feel confident he was able to help me. I arrived worried and left with peace of mind. I expected to wait, it was New Years Eve day. Check in was quick and the desk staff are very cordial and helpful. Once I was called in to be seen, all went quickly & smoothly. The respiratory & xray techs were friendly and showed compassion. The star of the day was my PA. Alisha Dotson! She was so sweet, a good listener, very knowledgeable and took her time with me. She explained everything in great detail, and when I was discharged , I felt that I was in good hands. To my surprise, she actually called me twice to check up on me, the first call being New Years Eve Day!!! I have never encountered such dedication at an urgent care facility.
